These Terms and Conditions apply to and govern your use of this site, www.multiculturallywed.com, (“Site”) the purchase of any products through this Site, the Multiculturally WED Loyalty Program, and any other services, information, tools, functionality, and similar materials delivered or provided by us (collectively, together with the Site, the “Service”). Prior to submitting an order by clicking the ‘submit order’ button on the payment method page, please save or print a copy of these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) to keep on file for future reference regarding the order you are submitting. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference herein, explains what information we collect, how we gather and use the information, our policies for protecting and disclosing information, and the options you have regarding your information. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, you may not use the Service, or provide us with your personal information.
Also, by using and purchasing products through this Site, or using the Service, you agree to contract electronically with the Multiculturally WED company that operates this Site where these Terms and Privacy Policy are posted. You also agree that these Terms combined with your act of using the Services offered on our Site have the same force and effect as your written signature and satisfy any law that require a writing or written signature or contract. You agree not to challenge the validity, enforceability, or admissibility of these Terms on the basis that it was electronically transmitted or authorized. You further acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to print and review these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are subject to change. If these Terms change, we will let you know by posting the revised Terms on the Service and/or otherwise making you aware of the changes. Your continued use of the Service following our notice of changes to these Terms (or other method of legal acceptance) means you accept such changes. Please refer to the “Effective Date” above to see when this Agreement was last updated.
Multiculturally WED Refer-a-Friend Program
As a participant in the Multiculturally WED Refer-a-Friend program (a “Referrer”), you are subject to Multiculturally WED Terms and Conditions and Multiculturally WED Privacy Policy (both available on our website), as well as the following additional Terms & Conditions for Multiculturally WED Refer-a-Friend program:
Qualified Referrer
In order to refer someone within the Multiculturally WED Refer a Friend program, you must have an active account on www.multiculturallywed.com and must have placed at least one order with this account. You can refer up to 10 individuals and can only refer individuals who have not previously created an account or placed an order on www.multiculturallywed.com.
Qualified Referral
A Qualified Referral is defined as a first purchase made at www.multiculturallywed.com by a person (a “Referred Customer”) whom you invite to the program by entering their email address in the My Account/Refer-a-Friend form. You are limited to one Qualified Referral for each Referred Customer; in other words, additional/repeat purchases made by a Referred Customer are not counted as additional Qualified Referrals.
Referred Customer
The Referred Customer and the Referrer cannot be the same person (for example, by using a different email address). The Referred Customer must be a “new” customer who has never made a purchase or created an account on www.multiculturallywed.com.
Referral Offer
For you to receive your referral offer as a promotion code, the Referred Customer must first create an account and complete an order on www.multiculturallywed.com. To redeem the referral offer, you must log into www.multiculturallywed.com with the email address associated with your www.multiculturallywed.com account and apply the promotion code during checkout. The offer is available only once for any purchase of products with a value of at least $75. Applicable purchase amount does not include shipping, handling or sales tax charges or the value of an e-Gift Certificate purchase. The offer is valid for 6 months from receipt thereof. The offer cannot be reimbursed or exchanged for cash, in whole or in part, and cannot be sold for a fee. The offer may not be combinable with other offers. The offer is available to US residents only. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unauthorized use of offer and to modify or cancel this promotion due to technical error or unforeseen problems. The offer may not be applied to the purchase of www.multiculturallywed.com e-Gift Certificates. The offer may not be applied to past purchases. Any promotion will not be granted and may not be redeemed for a future purchase if the initial transaction is canceled or item(s) are returned.
Eligibility
Eligibility is limited to individuals only. Multiculturally WED Refer-a-Friend Program cannot be used by businesses for affiliate lead generation.
Right to Close Accounts
Multiculturally WED reserves the right to close the account(s) of any Referrer and/or Referred Customer and to request proper payment if the Referrer and/or Referred Customer attempts to use the Multiculturally WED Refer-a-Friend program in a questionable manner or breaches any of these Terms & Conditions or is in violation of any law, statute or governmental regulation.
Right to Cancel Program or Change Terms
Multiculturally WED reserves the right to cancel the Refer-a-Friend Program or to change these Terms & Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.
